"In Berlin, I plan to discuss the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in Donbas and find incentives for the Russian Federation to implement the Minsk agreements," Poroshenko's press secretary on Thursday, May 19, quoted the president as saying.

Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said Poroshenko and Merkel would discuss three main issues: pressure on the Russian Federation to implement Minsk agreements, the European path of Ukraine, and Germany's assistance.
