Luhansk region's fiscal chief detained with $4 mln in bag

Upon the official's arrest, a bag with some $3.8 million in cash was seized, Ukraine's chief military prosecutor Anatoliy Matios said, according to an UNIAN correspondent.

"One of the leaders of former Luhansk tax administration, Mr. Antypov has been detained. He did not escape. The law enforcers found $3.8 million in his bag, the money is being carefully recounted now," he said.
