G7 says full implementation of Minsk Agreements only way to settle Donbas conflict
The Group of Seven believes the full implementation of the Minsk Agreements is the only path to lead to reach a solution to the Ukraine crisis, according to a communique signed following a G7 summit in Italy’s Taormina.
“A sustainable solution to the crisis in Ukraine can only be reached with the full implementation by all sides of their commitments under the Minsk Agreements. We support the endeavors of the Normandy group and commend the multifaceted commitment of the OSCE in order to de-escalate the crisis,” the communique reads.
