Yatseniuk knows why topic of snap presidential election was raised

Arseniy Yatseniuk, member of parliament and leader of Front of Changes NGO, is confident that no early presidential election will take place in Ukraine.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said to a press conference in Ternopil that he is categorically opposed to any early presidential election.

“Presently they are initiating a political project aimed at initiating an early presidential election. The reason is quite clear – some people will not keep their places till the scheduled election”, he said.

At the same time, Arseniy Yatseniuk stressed that there are Constitutional terms, and there are no constitutional grounds for any early presidential elections.
