Yushchenko calls on to declare moratorium on political quarrels

President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko calls on to declare a moratorium on political quarrels and forget about the presidential election till July 1.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this at a meeting with Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko, Verkhovna Rada Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn, central bank head Volodymyr stelmakh, and opposition representative Mykola Azarov.

Victor Yushchenko addressed the meeting participants “not as politicians, but as state officials”.

He stressed that presently it is necessary to forget about politics but work together to overcome the economic crisis.
