"It is impossible to hold talks based on trust with Russia. But it is important to maintain a critical dialogue with Russia. And we are conducting this dialogue with the help of the entire transatlantic community, and – I want to say – the civilized world," Klimkin said at a joint press conference with head of Switzerland's Federal Department of Foreign Affairs Didier Burkhalter in Kyiv on Wednesday, June 7.

"... When they seriously talk about the introduction of a visa regime, do you think we should ignore and not retaliate?" he wondered.

At the same time, he stressed that Moscow has no stop lists for Ukrainians, except for some individual cases.
