Volodymyr Ohryzko remains the Foreign Minister of Ukraine because Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn did not sign the resolution of the parliament on his dismissal.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, deputy leader of Our Ukraine-People’s Self Defense faction Taras Stetzkiv said this in the interview to journalists.
He noted that lawmaker Borys Tarasyuk asked V. Lytvyn not to sign the relevant resolution because it was adopted with some procedural violations of the regulations of the Verkhovna Rada.
At the same time the parliamentary committee on Regulations issues, deputy’s ethics and organization of the work of the Verkhovna Rada made a decision by the majority of votes that there are no grounds for voting for this resolution once again.
According to the words T. Stetzkiv this decision of the committee can not prevent considering this issue in the session hall.
