Budget is fulfilled; pensions and salaries are paid timely – Tymoshenko

The state budget for January – February 2009 is overfulfilled by 2.9%, Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko said this today during the conference call concerning payments of salary in the regions.

The press office of the secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers disclosed to UNIAN that Yu. Tymoshenko noted that intakes to the state budget were provided in a sum of UAH 26.8 billion, and incomes of UAH 27.7 billion were mobilized into the common and special funds of the state budget.   “We are able to work in time of crisis and to give a result”, the head of the government stressed.

According to the words of the Prime Minister intakes into the Pension Fund are also overfulfilled, it made up 121% in January and 116% in February.
