Yushchenko to pay one-day visit to Zakarpattya on March 14

President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko will pay one-day working visit to the Zakarpattya Oblast on March 14, on Saturday.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, press secretary of the President Iryna Vannikova said this to journalists.

According to her words, the main aim of the visit is participation in the measures concerning the 70th anniversary of events connected with declaring of Carpatho - Ukraine. The measures will take place in “Krasne Pole (Red Field)” memorial Park near Hust city.

V. Yushchenko will also take part in honoring the memory of President of Carpatho- Ukraine Avhustyn Voloshyn.
