Leader of the Party of Regions Victor Yanukovych insists on necessity of dismissal of the government.
He said this in the interview to Inter television channel on Sunday.
He noted that “if we see that there is no support of the government in the parliament, there is no understanding between the President and the Prime Minister, so it is necessary to change this power”.
V. Yanukovych also believes that early parliamentary election should be carried out. But, according to his words, it is necessary to change the electoral legislation before this.
He also noted that the amendments should be introduced into Constitution of Ukraine, which would provide decentralization of power, clear delimitation of authorities between the government and the President and also obligatory carrying out of the judicial reform.
