President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko holds the traditional meeting of leaders of Ukraine in telephone regime.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, press secretary of the President Iryna Vannikova said this at the press conference for mass media.
According to her words, the today’s meeting takes place in a format of consultations with every participant of the meeting separately.
According to the words of the press secretary of the President, the theme of the consultations are issues connected with implementation of gas arrangements reached during the international investment conference in Brussels, fulfillment by Ukraine the demands, which are necessary for receiving the second tranche of loan of the International Monetary Fund and situation at the bank sector.
I. Vannikova said that the President underlines that the signing of Brussels declaration will allow Ukraine to reform energy sphere and approximate to agreement on joint energy space.
V. Yushchenko notes that the strategic goal of Ukraine is uniting of energy systems of Ukraine and the European Union.
