Government should be formed only by parliament

President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko believes that the government should be formed only by the parliament.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, the head of the state said this making annual address to the Verkhovna Rada about interior and external position of Ukraine.

He underlined that he believes that the government should be elected only by the parliament without restrictions and exceptions.
