“Mr. Tarasyuk! You have such humour…"

Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych at the Cabinet of Ministers session made a remark to Minister of Foreign Affairs Borys Tarasyuk for his smile, according to Ukrayinska Pravda.

It happened during the Prime Minister’s openings speech about bad calculations for consumed gas in Ukraine.

Mr. Yanukovych interrupted his speech and said: “Mr. Tarasyuk! You have such humour… I shall say what a humour will be. Listen, when I speak. If I were you, I would not smile.”

After that phrase Mr. Tarasyuk stopped laughing and Viktor Yanukovych continued his openings speech.
