Ukraine launches database of all company owners
Ukraine has disclosed information about the beneficiaries of all companies, thus joining the Global Register of Beneficial Owners at the initiative of Transparency International to promote transparency and prevent corruption, Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman wrote on Facebook.
Therefore, information on the ultimate owners of all Ukrainian companies has been made public in the Unified State Open Data Web Portal.
According to the official, the media and the public can "freely use and analyze the said data for public control."
As UNIAN reported earlier, Groysman assured that there would be no problems with the payment of subsidies to the households.
