Speaker threatens to close session

The BYuT faction has blocked the rostrum of parliament.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, BYuT faction MPs press for consideration in parliament of a draft resolution on setting up an ad hoc commission for investigation into the death of Ihor Pluzhnykov, MP of the fourth convocation, and seizure of his property - Inter television shares – by unknown people.

Verkhovna Rada Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn stressed that the parliament is ready to consider this issue, but added: “Give me the draft resolution”. He threatened to close the session if MPs keep on setting conditions that are contrary to the parliamentary agenda.
