Klimkin deems command of Ukrainian to be matter of national security
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin says that speaking the national language is "a matter of national security."
"We must protect both Ukrainian and languages of the national minorities in full," he said on Ukraine's ICTV channel, noting that the position on this issue should be consistent.
