Factions to continue talks to unblock Verkhovna Rada's work
No response concerning the "drunken incident" from the German side as yet
Factions leaders will continue talks to unblock the Verkhovna Rada’s work on Wednesday, May 13.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, BYuT faction leader Ivan Kyrylenko said this to journalists on Tuesday.
According to him, the talks will start tomorrow at 9.30 a.m..
On Tuesday, the factions failed to reach compromise, because every side defends its positions, I.Kyrylenko said.
In particular, the Party of Regions faction insists on accepting the resignation of Yuri Lutsenko without getting any proofs of the incident in the Frankfurt airport.
The BYuT faction will not support the resignation of the Interior Minister without any proofs of the incident. I.Kyrylenko noted that the Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry had turned to the German side for official information about the incident, but got now response.
