President compliments Constitutional Court's decision

At the press conference in Switzerland President Yushchenko complimented the decision of the Constitutional Court declaring that the date of presidential election of October 25 as appointed by the Verkhovna Rada was unconstitutional.

According to the President`s press-office, he also called upon parliamentary forces to respect the constitution and expressed assurance that now the Parliament should make a proper decision on the subject.
