Poroshenko announces visa waivers with UAE

According to the presidential spokesman, the corresponding memorandum was signed following the results of Poroshenko's talks with the Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and ruler of the Emirate of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
