Turchynov: Russia pulling in troops to Ukraine border to "repaint" them for peacekeepers
Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksandr Turchynov has said Russia began to pull in troops to the borders of Ukraine, which it plans to "repaint" for the UN peacekeepers, according to the Ukrainian online newspaper Ukrayinska Pravda.
According to him, negotiations on the introduction of peacekeeping forces in Donbas are very serious, Ukrayinska Pravda reports.
