Ulyanchenko outlines main task of Presidential Secretariat

Newly appointed President’s Chief of Staff Vira Ulyanchenko believes that her main task on the post is to turn the Secretariat into a consultative body.

She said this in an interview with Inter TV.

V.Ulyanchenko informed that the first task that she had received from the President was to turn the Secretariat into a consultative body. According to her, the Secretariat must help President fulfill his duties. “My task is not to turn the Presidential Secretariat into a factory of differences and uncertainty”, she noted.

According to V.Ulyanchenko, President Victor Yushchenko has always wanted and wants to carry out a dialog with political and economical elites, the society, and non-government organizations.
