"There is no 'renewing' of mil-to-mil communications, as these were never suspended. NATO's defence and dialogue policy on Russia ‎remains unchanged, as [Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg] SG has made very clear," the NATO Headquarters said on Thursday in a follow-up of Stoltenberg's earlier statement.
