Two women expelled from Party of Regions

The political council of the Party of Regions has expelled Inna Bohoslovska and Oleksandra Kuzhel from the party.

UNIAN has learnt this from the Party of Regions’ press-service.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on January 21, 2009, O.Kuzhel was appointed as head of the State Committee of Ukraine for Regulatory Policy and Business Undertakings. The Party of Regions’ political council claimed about its intent to assess the statements of O.Kuzhel in support of the current government.

On May 25, 2009, MP I.Bohoslovska voiced her intent to quit the Party of Regions and run for the post of President of Ukraine.
