BYUT faction to support resolution of VR
on appointing of election of President for January 17, 2010 – I. Kyrylenko
The BYUT faction will support the draft resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on appointing the election of the President of Ukraine for January 17, 2010 at tomorrow’s plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, chairman of the BYUT faction in the Verkhovna Rada Ivan Kyrylenko said this during the session of the Conciliatory Council of the parliament.
I. Kyrylenko proposed to fix a consideration of the draft resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada on appointing the regular election of the President of Ukraine from Thursday, as it was scheduled, for Tuesday – June 23.
I. Kyrylenko underlined that his faction will support an appointing of date of presidential election for January 17, 2010.
I. Kyrylenko also proposed to consider immediately a draft law of Ukraine on election of President of Ukraine on Thursday, June 25.
I. Kyrylenko noted that the BYUT faction will support decreasing of carrying out of the presidential electoral campaign from 120 days up to 90 days.
