Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine Hugues Mingarelli has said Ukraine will never return to an authoritarian political regime.
Speaking at an informal event set up by the Euro-Optimists deputy group on Monday, the Ambassador said he believed in Ukraine, as reported by Europeiska Pravda.

The diplomat noted that Ukraine had changed significantly over the past four years. In his opinion, the Ukrainian society sometimes underestimates these changes.
The head of the EU Delegation in Ukraine also said Ukraine should create an Anti-Corruption Court before the presidential elections.
