Lytvyn opened plenary session of VR

The extraordinary plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada opened.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, 250 lawmakers registered in the session hall.

Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn came from his room, blocked by representatives of the Party of Regions and he entered to the presidium for opening of the session.
