Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn announced a break in the plenary session of the parliament till 14.00 pm.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, V. Lytvyn explained that it is necessary to carry out the break in order to agree positions of the Cabinet of Ministers and Verkhovna Rada concerning the draft law on financing the preparation for carrying out of Football European Championship in 2012.
