Break announced in VR because of controversies between BYUT and Party of Regions
The break is announced in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine because of the controversies between the BYUT and the Party of Regions concerning draft law on financing of Euro-2012.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, the relevant decision was made during the Conciliatory Council. There was a controversy between the factions concerning overcoming the veto of the President on the law on amendments into the State Budget –2009 concerning financing the measures on preparation of the state for Euro-2012.
Particularly, during the Conciliatory Council first deputy leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Efremov noted that the faction will not vote for overcoming the veto of the President on this law.
Leader of the BYUT faction Ivan Kyrylenko noted that if the veto for this law is not overcome the BYUT faction will not vote for overcoming the veto on law on election of the President.
