Party of Regions faction block rostrum of parliament

Lawmakers from the Party of Regions block the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, the session of the Conciliatory Council of the leaders of the factions and chairmen of the committees of the parliament had to start at 9.30 am.
