International charitable fund in the name of rabbi Nahman asks local officials and law-enforcement bodies not to turn pilgrimage place of Hasidim in Uman city of the Cherkassy Oblast into reservation.
Representative of International charitable fund in the name of rabbi Nahman rabbi Daniel Dayan said to an UNIAN correspondent that police has not to violate the rights of residents of Uman during guarding of pilgrims- Hasidim. During pilgrimage of Hasidim to Uman city for celebration of Rosh Hashanah police establish some barrage lines near the places of celebration – grave of saddik Nahman. There is access control for local population.
