It is necessary to solve problems connected with absence of school-leavers in 2012 today.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Mykola Tomenko said this during the session of the round table “Problem of graduation of 2012 in the context of fulfillment of the conception of 12 years general high education”.
He reminded that the conception, which provided 12 years education system, was adopted in 2001. As a result of transfer from 11 years system to 12 years system there will be no school-leavers in Ukraine in 2012.

He noted that school-leavers of 2011-2013 get into situation when there is no fair competition.
