CC recognized range of provisions of law on election of President to be unconstitutional

The Constitutional Court recognized that the range of provisions of Law “On election of President of Ukraine” in edition adopted by the Verkhovna Rada  on August 21, 2009 do not correspond to the Main law.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, chairman of the Constitutional Court Andriy Strizhak publicized the text of the relevant decision of the Constitutional Court from October 19 at today’s session.
