Ukraine`s gas bill to Russia for November is higher than in previous months at $770 million but it will pay it on time, Acting Finance Minister Ihor Umansky said on Wednesday, according to Reuters.
"In any case, we will pay for Russian gas," Umansky told reporters. Ukraine must pay its monthly bill by Dec. 7.
