The government of Ukraine is about to submit to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the draft law on Budget Code in the second time.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko said this at the solemn meeting on the occasion of celebration of Local Self-Government Day in Ukraine today.
