Chernovetskiy officially appointed Kyiv chief

President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko, with his decree, has appointed Leonid Chernovetskiy on the post of the of Kyiv City State Administration chairman.

With another decree, the President sacked former Kyiv Mayor Oleksander Omelchenko from the post of the Kyiv City State Administration chairman.
