Kharkiv writer Sergiy Zhadan was excluded from the list of 29 people, whom the city executive committee awarded with art awards. It happened on December 24, during the session of the executive of the city council on initiative of Kharkiv mayor Mykhaylo Dobkin, Status Quoreports.
According to his words, S. Zhadan participated in burning of books of Yevgeniy Kushnarev during the Orange Revolution.
