Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko applied to Pechersk District Court of Kyiv to protest against Victor Yushchenko’s statements, who accused her of relations with offshore companies.
The press service of the BYUT with reference to deputy leader of the central electoral headquarters of the candidate for the post of the President of Ukraine Yu. Tymoshenko Andriy Portnov disclosed this to UNIAN.
He also said that Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc has been monitoring court decisions unfulfilled during the period of V. Yushchenko’s presidency.

According to the words of A. Portnov, several courts admitted that V. Yushchenko disseminated slander and demanded him to apologize to some lawmakers from the BYUT and Yulia Tymoshenko.
