Verkhovna Rada chairman Oleksander Moroz pledges to officially publicize the controversial Law on the Cabinet of Ministers tomorrow, on 2 February, in “Holos Ukrayiny” newspaper of the parliament. Simultaneously, a draft law on introducing amendments into the law on the Cabinet will be registered in the parliament.
According to the SPU press-service, O.Moroz, who is the leader of the Socialist Party of Ukraine, claimed this on 31 January at a session of the SPU Political Executive Council.
“The law will be published on Friday, February 2”, he said.
According to O.Moroz, to stop once and for all the speculations around the law, a draft law on introducing amendments into the law on the Cabinet will be registered in the parliament simultaneously.
As it is known, the law comes into force as soon as it is officially published. At the same time, the ruling of the Mukachevskiy city district court, forbidding O.Moroz to officially publish the law on Cabinet, remains valid, as of today. Prosecutor General of Ukraine Oleksander Medvedko appealed against this ruling in the Zakarpattia Oblast Appeal Court. The ruling of the Appeal Court has not been declared as yet.
