President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko assures that newly elected head of the state Victor Yanukovych is not interested in preserving the present Verkhovna Rada.
V. Yushchenko said this on the air of Inter television channel on Sunday.
“The newly elected President will not be interested in preserving the structure of the parliament which exists now, as well as his own faction”, noted the President.
“Obviously, the first option to work is an early parliamentary election”, believes V. Yushchenko.
“The second variant, which is obviously more awful, is a coalition of the BYUT and the Party of Regions”, noted the President.
According to his words, “if there is neither an election, nor a coalition with the BYUT, the third option is a coalition between the Party of Regions, Our Ukraine and the Lytvyn’s Bloc”.
