Rada made first step to new coalition

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in the first reading the draft law “On approval of amendments into article 61 of the Law of Ukraine “On Schedule of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine”, which allows separate lawmakers to join parliamentary coalition.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, 229 out of 287 lawmakers registered in the session hall voted for this draft law.

The parliament decided to make shorter the procedure of preparing this draft law for the second reading.

230 out of 287 lawmakers voted for this decision.
