Lutsenko: are dogs blamed for Party of Regions’ victory?

Former Interior Minister of Ukraine, leader of People’s Self Defense civil movement Yuriy Lutsenko is sure that appointing Anatoliy Mogilev head of Interior Ministry is the worst choice of the Party of Regions.
