Azarov said when draft state budget –2010 should be in VR

Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov gave instructions to Finance Minister Fedir Yaroshenko to improve an issue on VAT refund financing in the State Budget 2010.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov gave this instruction opening the session of the government.

The head of the government added that the Cabinet of Ministers is about to submit the draft State Budget to the consideration of Verkhovna Rada in a week.
