“The agreement on united opposition may be signed in the nearest time, this week or next week” – the head of the party Council Viktor Baloha declared when the joint meeting of political councils of the OU and the BYuT was over, according to Our Ukraine web site.
He noted: “The position of the Our Ukraine is suitable for our partners from the BYuT. There is a normal comprehension. We are trying to follow the principle: more work, less talk. There are almost no divergences. In fact the agreement that was published in “Uryadovyi kuryer” when we were forming a coalition after elections is a basic one.”
Viktor Baloha also informed that two directives on consolidation of the OU and the BYuT at local level had been signed. “Where certain difficulties arise, we will hold meetings and find points of contacts that will help to fulfill our directives”.
