Constitutional Court allowed to restrict lawmakers’ inviolability

The Constitutional Court of Ukraine allowed to restrict lawmakers’ inviolability.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, it is what the Constitutional Court decided having considered a Verkhovna Rada’s inquiry about correspondence of a draft bill on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (concerning guarantee of some officials’  inviolability) to articles 157, 158 of the Constitution of Ukraine.

The draft bill offers to change institutions of inviolability of the President and lawmakers.
