Fact of poisoning of Yushchenko is proved by materials of criminal case

Prosecutor General Oleksandr Medvedko is sure that the fact of poisoning of statesman Victor Yushchenko is proved by the materials of the criminal case.

O. Medvedko said this in an interview to “Kommersant – Ukraina” newspaper (№ 65 from April 15).

At the same time the Prosecutor General did not rule out that new versions concerning this case may appear during the investigation.
