The press service of the Party of Regions disclosed to UNIAN that it is expected that President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych will deliver a speech at the convention.

The convention will take place in the premises of the Ukrainian house (Kyiv, European Square). The convention will start at 11.00 am.
