Lytvyn came to agreement with Gryzlov about synchronous ratification of treaties

Speaker of the State Duma of Russia Boris Gryzlov says that the State Duma and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine can synchronously ratify an agreement, which prolongs bases of the Black Sea Fleet of the RF in Crimea for 25 years, on April 27.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this to journalists in Moscow.

He said that he discussed this issue with Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn.
