Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn forecasts “a big scuffle” in the parliament if lawmakers from the oppositional factions block the rostrum in a sign of protest against ratification of the agreement with Russia on prolongation of basing of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in Crimea.
He said this in the interview to Rada television channel.
