Kyiv Mayor Chernovtskiy breaks off with Our Ukraine

Kyiv Mayor Leonid Chernovetskiy breaks off political relations with Our Ukraine.

According to the press-office of the Kyiv City State Administration, he blames the President and his aides for signing the law on imperative mandate, as “this law is absolutely unconstitutional and has destabilized local governments”.

“This law turns local councils deputies into slaves. The majority of deputies decided to drop BYuT because they could not work there, and were rather slaves of their leader’s hysterics than representatives of their electors”, the Kyiv Mayor believes.

L.Chernovetskiy claims he will not play political games and breaks off political relations with Our Ukraine. “I remain the leader of the Christian-Democratic Party”, he noted.
