The meeting will take place in “Ukraina” National Art Palace at 16.00 pm today on the occasion of an address of President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych to Ukrainian people.
According to the press service of the President of Ukraine, National Television Company of Ukraine and 5 Kanal will broadcast the measure.
